Due to the importance of primary stages in real estate projects, especially the designing stage, the Company has founded this department that essentially carries the following duties:

Study projects during design stage
The department studies and monitors all kinds of real estate projects designs, whether for A`ayan Real Estate Company or clients, including commercial, industrial and residential to ensure they meet the set plans and goals. The design stage gets the highest levels of importance compared to other development stages and that`s why it requires more time and effort.

 

Study real estate development opportunities
The department conducts lots of studies to identify the volume of real estate development opportunities. All data will be collected on market ever-changing conditions and evaluate the Company`s projects compared to others to examine existing development opportunities.

Manage the development of third party projects
The department also manages the development of all kinds of projects, buildings and properties owned by others, showing high proficiency in this field and consequently seized the trust of a wide market share.
